Well, she's already tough.
Now it's time to become a ruthless bitch.
XD
Glad the baby's in good hands, there's some srs bsns to take care of!
>:-|
(I don't even know what srs bsns is, I just wanted to feel like I was in the cool crowd.)

And yeeeeeeouch. She's gonna feel that for a long while.
Great artwork. You really are developing your style in leaps and bounds.

Thanks, RD!

Yeah, yeah my artwork is inconsistent, but I simply had to improve how I was drawing Tona. Expect further art revisions down the Line.

Next chapter we get into the SRS BSNS, though I can almost assure you that it's not what you're thinking.

Thanks, Prof.

What you're seeing here on W&L is about 1/3 to 1/4 of the volume of work that I'm turning out in a week. I've been busting my chops on uh figure studies elsewhere... it's very very dumb buffer management, but I'm glad that you're enjoying the results of that work here.

TLDR: fetish pinups are a helluva way to improve

(edit: hope you enjoyed the hat tip to the Unwanted motto...)

Are you sure a politician is only one step below a whore? I mean, one of them does filthy, shameful things for money, that only the most shameless brag about, and the clients generally want kept secret from most people... and the other's a whore. It may not be the safest, cleanest or most dignified work but at least a whore earns money instead of stealing it or accepting it as a bribe for treachery and other foul deeds.

Tona STILL has that tracking device?
They will just find her again :/

You probably cannot just remove it but maybe smashing it against a rock. I guess those are tough however.

No really. She is still carrying it.
Now, I think it is just because she was a prisoner and has nothing to do with MSV but something tells me Sonia tracked it before as well.

Release condition. She smashes the anklet and that's a separate thing she can be charged and sent up the river for. Plus, the only reason she's been released at all is because of a deal with the prosecution to use her as bait for McDonald. If she stops cooperating she's got a shorter path than most to prison.

Please forgive me if I responded unnecessarily here: One of my professional responsibilities is answering stupid questions asked by the arrogantly clueless.

It is alright but...
With all due respect: What?

If you say that I am arrogantly clueless then yes, when it comes to my choice of food.

I know that when most people pick fictional work, it is something they understand.
If my questions are stupid then I will stop asking them. However, for me there is more and it is because I trust how Socrates did things more than any other educational institute.
And that is asking dumb questions because you know it is the type of work that will give you answers. I am also reading this because I want to ask those questions and learn something as the author and some readers (like you) are capable of explaining them.

If I took it the wrong way then apologies.

MJ, the only "stupid question" is the one that is unasked. And no, you're not arrogant in the least. I believe that AC was simply using a real-life reference, and wasn't comparing you to that at all.

An example: "Can you arrange to print out a copy of the ERP and inventory databases every week, for auditing?"
"How many millions of square metres of warehouse shelf-rack do you have to spare?"

I get asked clueless questions by people who seem to believe that understanding or thinking about anything is only for experts, and then I have to answer them because they pay me.

Oh come on, AC.

Tona's still wearing that anklet because the weirdo author has a thing for damaged goods.

Everything else is bloviating and "plot".

Pssst, you're not supposed to admit that, it ruins the fetish-porn for people who like it a little less self-aware. ;)

Likewise, you could view Tona as the Republican Party and the anklet as their crippling obsession with obstructing Obama.

This work is deep, brah.

Don't do it Tona! People can forgive a murderer--people sometimes even celebrate them. People can even tolerate lawyers and accountants, and even marry them. Nobody with any self respect hangs out with politicians and... wait... shit. On second thought, Tona is already wearing a tracking anklet and has to check the wrong box on application forms when she gets to, "Have you ever committed a felony?" Does she really significant respect, self-respect, shame or moral fibre left in the way of becoming a politician anymore?

Actions speak louder than words. Stick around with me for the next decade and we'll see what kind of politico Tona becomes.

And understand that this work is filled with ex-cons, muckrakers, mercenaries, strippers, the military-industrial complex, "freedom fighters", and yes politicians because I can look at these demographics with great admiration.
