The price of explosions: exposition.

Don't worry, next update we get back to Chuck.

Bloody hell! Is Elliot fazed by anything!

An above-average percentage of real world high level executives, corporate raiders like Carl Icahn, business builder owners of large enterprises, and other such 'big business kingpin' type people tend to be... high-functioning sociopaths, and other people with various kinds of empathy deficits.

Elliot's very sure of what he needs (absolute power) and what he'll do to get it (absolutely anything).

That's assuming there no more SAMs. Remember what assume actually means.

Speaking of ass I see butt.

Eric was using a hijacked drone, but your point stands.

Did he just have a drone take out his own damn helicopter?

This is a very dangerous game.

Just remember, the revolution will be available on podcast. Millions of YouTube hits.

Yeah, I wanna see the Wicked Weasel in action here. Yes, I know the price is invariably Aegis blood.

My ace is still in my deck, should things go sour. :P

Yes, Elliot just allowed Eric to smoke a Maerc asset... apologies on the delayed reply.

Elliot seems to have this planned so carefully that it wouldn't surprise me if he arranged to have his worst pilot in that chopper. Discipline problems or whatever. And the chopper itself probably wasn't brand-new.

Man, Maerc just does not give a shit.
Maybe, if you believe in lethal capital punishment, the personnel of MSV as a whole deserve the firing squad for what they do. Even if that's true, whoever has their property and/or anatomy damaged by that exploding helicopter mess is probably not deserving of that.
The true price of absolute freedom is being the kind of monster that doesn't deserve it, apparently?

Having spent a fair time in the astronautics business, Maerc is used to multi-million dollar enterprises routinely ending as a five second fireball. ("We have insurance for that," etc.)

He's also a wee bit sociopathic.

Well it's to be expected that he's also planning to run with the business insurance money, property insurance money and the employee life insurance policy money on all the folks he's liquidating. Those are just minor details of a modern loot and burn corporate liquidation strategy.

It's more interesting to wonder if he's also faking his death as part of the dodge to avoid liability: Seems like a good idea until biometrics links his new identity to a famous guy who died in a mysterious business meltdown.

I need to know whether the code on the phone is something real.
Funny syntax, haha!

The MSV intranet is run in LIRnux.

It is not a widely used programming language.

Holy frick. Elliot.

He's one terrifying son of a birch. A sociopath, if nothing else
