Dun-dun-dun!

Oh Sammy boy, ya look none too happy.

And sir, good job on ramping up the tension!

Yeah, I changed the proposed dialogue.

Would love to shove these out faster but I need to nurture my buffer more than ever. At this rate it's gonna be like almost a month before we start seeing what the hell Eric's up to. However, if you go pick through my "30 Days of Characters" pages you can probably figure out where and generally what is going to happen.

Dun, dun, dun, was my exact thought too!
And the plot thickens. Love it!

"…or what's in my pants." Totally saw that one coming.
Sam, you're such a pig. :-P
;-)

Sam is pretty awful. But don't you worry, I've got a really, really disturbing fate awaiting him many months down the line.

Thanks! But as noted elsewhere, we're not quite ready for Eric to take the spotlight.

Oh wow, but Sam! You should know better that...
You do not get to Eric. Eric gets to YOU!

"You do not get to Eric--Eric gets to YOU!"

An outstanding comment, MadJak. And it also suggests a solution to a sticky plot turn that I'm having trouble with.

Wow! Alright :>
I thought you were writing him with that in mind from the beginning.
You can escape Sam, you can escape Tona but you cannot escape Eric. He is the devil. Once you start associating with him, he will come back to haunt you in some form until one of you disappears. Sounds familiar... Anyway.
He is a nomad but always finds the way back. Somehow.
He is an indecisive bipolar psychopath.
(how do you all create such awesome characters :<)

Indeed, Eric. There'll be hints, but it'll take around a month to see what sort of hell he's raising.

well constructed page

I like the implied humour in panel one - always good to include a 'long shot' perspective

And motherlovers think they can hammer out a comic script in a couple days, and then execute the panels months later... I always cringe when I hear production techniques like that, because the words and the silly goddamn pictures have to have their own sort of conversation. Some of these pages, I swear the words take as long as the art...

Ranting and angry--can you tell that I'm back in the U.S. of A?

can do an outline in a couple of days

but when it comes to scripting sequential art then I think it has to be storyboarded - the words need the action [art], and the action needs a tight focus [words]; it's holistic

I love the Golgo 13 vibes I'm getting off of Eric in the last panel.

Perfect tension.
