How's he not got blood spots all over himself?

Happy and Lucky, together again for the first time...

I imagine this will be one HELL of a conversation.

Now, in order to not go MAD from anticipation, I may have to cryogenically freeze myself until Wednesday...

They don't have time for much conversation here, they're in enemy territory marking enemy corpses for terror value. The conversation probably already happened, offscreen, where we don't get to know what they said of course.

I don't know. It very much seems like Eric JUST got here.

And he seems to be verbose no matter WHERE he is.

@AC: Confession time--this was supposed to be a page twice as long. However, production constraints being what they are... well, I'd damn well better get off this tangent soon because I only have 20 more pages to reach some sort of resolution.

@Prof: Yeah, Eric talks a lot.

Eh, if you were originally going to have a discussion between Eric and Happy here I'd say it's a good thing you didn't manage it. They're skulking in the evil stronghold full of sinister mooks: Chattering away like that is just asking to be ambushed by dudes with guns who shoot first and ask questions later.

Love that blindfold view effect in the first panel!

Seabiz, I've noted a distinct... change in your comments ever since the avatar update. Anyway, better enjoy the stabby-stabby because we're shifting to small arms in a few pages.

Now that's an interesting question: How much better is it to struggle with restraints while a homicidal nutjob carves the corpses of your would be rapists than suffering said rape? To put it in Call of Cthulhu terms I'm wondering just how many SAN points Felicia has left.

Don't count Felicia out. She lives in Autumn Bay and got her start covering things that actually happened for a tabloid that hid them in plain sight.

That being said, I do believe this is her first WITNESSED murder and her closest brush with rapemurder to date.

I'm not counting her in or out, but I would expect an experience like this to freak out just about everybody that doesn't have very particular kinds of psychology. Mostly psychos who lack the empathy to be affected and your vets with the thousand yard stare who've paid the toll so much they've got lifetime passes through the freak-out into the detachment that comes after.

Fair. Just because Felicia tends to think of herself as being in a war doesn't ACTUALLY mean she's had all the experiences. Well, here's one.

It's a little hard to tell how happy, Happy is with his bandit mask on. XD

I think it's safe to say he's probably not grinning under that mask... when I was drawing him up I totally forgot that thing until it was time for flat fills!
